Ministerial Services
We have professional ministers available for weddings at your location, home, hotel, park, municipal gardens or any other location. Ceremonies can be civil or religious. We know your goal is to have a ceremony you will remember and treasure forever - a memorable yet stress free ceremony. Sample ceremonies can be emailed to you upon request. Destination Weddings
We can save you all the hassle, time and money that a destination wedding can accrue. What you could expect planning a foreign wedding...
- All Foreign documents must be translated - such as Divorce Decrees, Death certificates of widowers and Birth certificates.
- A Canadian lawyer must notarize documents (at your expense).
- All this may take six months to a year to finalize.
- Chest X-rays and/or blood tests may be required in some countries (at your expense).
- Buying a marriage licence can take up to 3 days in certain countries.
- Ministers may cost as much a $600 to do the ceremony
- Same Gender marriages are not legal.
- Some marriages in these foreign countries may not be legal.
How to solve the problem?
Simply obtain an Ontario marriage licence before you leave and have us legalize/solemnize the licence. By doing this you will save you time and thousands of dollars. Now you can have your Romantic…“On the Beach at Sunset” or “by the Pool” Wedding Ceremony! As no particular form of ceremony is required in Ont. ...the only thing required…Under Sec. 2002,c. ss.1,2. of the Ontario Marriage Act, reads: "that in the presence of the person solemnizing the marriage and 2 witnesses, each of the parties shall declare 2 statements at the time of signing."
