PLANNING A DESTINATION WEDDING IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY??
As No particular form of ceremony is required in Ontario.
The only thing required…Under Sec. 2002,c. ss.1,2. of the Ontario Marriage Act, reads: in the presence of the person solemnizing the marriage & 2 witnesses, each of the parties shall declare 2 statements at the time of signing.
Booking a Destination Wedding can be done over the phone.
